Human Resources Director
Provides Leadership and management of outcomes organizationally and for areas of responsibility. Responsible for compliance with TJC, EEOC, ADA and other Federal regulations. Responsible for directing the employment process and compensation programs. Promotes all aspects of patient safety and customer service excellence throughout the organization. Develops departmental capital and operating budgets.
- Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of eight (8) years HR management experience.
- NIMS training within (6) months.
- SHRM Certification preferred
- Previous management experience in a healthcare setting.
