Inventory Specialist Dietary
Does billing, invoicing, financial stats, transmission of invoices, and bookkeeping for Nutritional Services. Tallies all statistical information for Nutritional Services and transfers information gathered into monthly reports. Maintains software applications s for cash registers/card swipes in cafeteria and te daily and weekly cash register reports. Responsible for the department timekeeping. Responsible for a variety of departmental secretarial functions.
Qualifications: High school graduate/GED. Excellent computer skills with appropriate applications.
Licensure/Certification: Food Handler Certification required or obtained within 60 days of entry to position.
Experience: a minimum of (2) years clerical experience preferred.
