Utilizes knowledge and skills in providing direct and indirect patient care. Assists in the procurement, preparation, and distribution of anesthesia supplies and equipment. Assists Anesthesia and Nursing Staff in the provision on patient care activities. Transports patients safely and timely for Surgical Services. Provides safe practices for patients in all aspects of patient care activities. Performs on-call duty to meet scheduled/unscheduled needs of the department.
- High School graduate/GED
- BCLS within ninety (90) days of employment
- Hospital experience preferred
- Must be able to take call afterhours, holidays and weekends on rotational basis
