Nutritional Services Sous Chef (Day/Evening)
Provide Culinary Leadership & ensure the highest quality of food services to all customers. Maintains a safe work environment for all associates; food & equipment safety. Monitors employee productivity and provide coaching feedback to increase quality and productivity standards. Regularly performs quality assurance audits, regularly monitors and & ensures the maintenance of all quality control. All other duties required by Manager or Director.
- Associates Degree from an approved Culinary Program required or substitute High School Diploma with 5 years significant experience as a working chef.
- Serve Safe Certification
- Minimum of 2 years culinary management experience required
- Experience in the preparation and service of modified diets preferred
