Job Description

Maximizes reimbursement through proper processing of the patients' accounts. Resolves patient and insurance inquiries regarding patients' accounts. Communicates with patients, third parties and other departments, verbally and in writing. Performs data entry.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate/GED
  • Excellent keyboard and computer skills with the appropriate applications
  • Minimum of two (2) years medical office/insurance processing or related experience
  • Previous collections and follow-up experience preferred
