Essential Functions:
1Utilizes professional knowledge, skills, and judgment to promote safe, economical, and effective drug therapy.
2Practices in accordance to the Texas Pharmacy Practice Act, regulatory agencies, and hospital policies and procedures.
3Develops and supervises support personnel in preparation and distribution of drugs.
4Develops and conducts educational programs for patients, family, and healthcare professionals.
Secondary Functions:
1All other duties required by the Director.
Qualifications:
Education/Skills:Graduate of an American Council of Pharmaceutical Education accredited School of Pharmacy; maintains all required CE.
Licensure:Current (or eligible for) license to practice pharmacy in the State of Texas and the State of Arkansas; holds certifications as required by the State; Current BLS.
Experience:

A minimum of one (1) year hospital experience is preferred.

Salary range $55-$75/hour
