Job Description

Provides leadership and management of outcomes organizationally and for area of responsibility. Coordinates collaborative interdisciplinary strategies for Arkansas and Texas Trauma Survey preparation and processes for ongoing compliance to regulatory standards. Provides safe practices for patients in all aspects of patient care activities. Utilizes knowledge, skill and judgement in providing direct and indirect patient care. Participates in patient/family/staff education.


  • Associate Degree of Nursing
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Current Texas or Compact State RN License
  • A minimum of three years clinical and two years management experience
  • Within 90 days of hire date:
    • NIHSS
    • CPI
    • TNCC
    • ENPC
    • ESI
    • NIMS
    • Association of the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM
    • Trauma Outcomes Performance Improvement Course (TOPIC)
  • TNCC instructor within 1 year followed by ENPC instructor within 2nd year
  • Trauma Program Manager course within 1 year
