Essential Functions:
1Performs admissions/registration and financial procedures.
2Distributes patient education materials.
3Communicates with patients, physician offices, third parties and other departments, verbally and in writing.
4Performs data entry.
Secondary Functions:
All other duties required by Supervisor, Manager, Director.
Qualifications:
Education/Skills:High school graduate or equivalent required. Must have ability to read, write and follow instructions. Ability to type 35 wpm required. Ability to communicate professionally and work as a team member required.
BLS within 90 days
CPI/COAP within 90 days
Licensure:None required
Experience:Six months clerical experience, with patient contact, in a medical setting preferred.
