Calculates, recommends and monitors TPN and tube feedings. Monitors appropriate lab values and NPO status. Provides individualized patient care using the Nutrition Care Process. Provides diet instructions/education in individual and group settings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or Food and Nutrition, or related field.
- 12 hours continuing education annually.
- Registered and licensed in the State of Texas and State of Arkansas.
- ServSafe Certification required or obtained within 60 days of entry to position
