Utilizes knowledge, skills, and judgment in the patient tray assembly process, ware washing and assigned sanitation areas. Maintain Safety and Sanitation Standards. Maintain records for temperatures and ppms per Federal and State guidelines/requirements.
- Ability to read, write, follow oral and written instructions. Must demonstrate
- sufficient speed in performance of duties to meet deadlines set by Manager or Director.
- Must have ability to distinguish colors. Highs school grad/GED preferred.
- Food Handler Certification required or obtained within 60 days of entry to position.
