Essential Functions:
1.Responsible for overseeing all functions of Nutritional Service, which includes Clinical, Patient Services,
Retail and Catering Operations.
2.Maintains a safe work environment for all associates; food & equipment safety.
3.Collaborates with the Administration to establish expectations, plans, priorities, budgets and regulatory
Compliance.
4.Ensures education of and compliance with policies and procedures and department goals and
Objectives for employees.
5.Fosters performance improvement and employee engagement.
Secondary Functions:
All other duties are required by the administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Skills:
Perferred: Bachelors Degree in Dietetics, Culinary or other healthcare related field
or relevant experience
NIMS training within 60 days of entry to the position.
Licensure:
Preferred: Registered Dietitian - licensed by the State of Texas and the State of Arkansas
Serve Safe Certification within 60 days of hire
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years Managerial or Director-level experience in a healthcare related food service field

Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 annually
