Location: Wadley Regional Medical Center

Essential Functions:
- Provides leadership and management of outcomes organizationally and for area of responsibility, including development of departmental capital and operating budgets.
- Coordinates collaborative interdisciplinary strategies for Joint Commission preparation and processes for ongoing compliance to regulatory standards
- Provides safe practices for patients in all aspects of patient care activities and maintains current knowledge and standards of profession nursing practice.
- Responsible for the provision of family centered maternal child and neonatal care services from admission, stabilization, operative interventions, through discharge
- Responsible for the oversight of the Maternal Child and Neonatal QA/PI Program
Secondary Functions: All other duties required by Chief Nursing Officer
Qualifications:
Education/Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- BSN or related bachelors degree preferred.
- Current BLS required
- STABLE within 90 days of hire
- NRP within 90 days of hire
- NIMS Training within 90 of hire
- ACLS within 90 days of hire
- PALS within 90 days of hire
Licensure: Current Texas or Compact State RN license
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years clinical and two (2) years management experience preferred.
